KATHMANDU, Nov 4: Crusader for medical education reform and senior orthopedic surgeon Dr Govinda KC started his 17th fast-unto-death in Dadeldhura district on Monday. He started the hunger strike in Tufandada, headquarter of Dadeldhura with seven-point demands.

Before starting the hunger strike, he checked up his blood pressure in Dadeldhura Hospital.
Earlier, Dr KC had warned that if his demands were not addressed on time, he would start his hunger strike from October 30. But, his demands haven't been addressed by the government yet.
