KATHMANDU, September 14: It has been three days since Dr Govinda KC started his 20th fast-unto-death in Dhangadhi. He has made a seven-point demand including improvement of medical education and the health sector. On the third day, Dr. Kc's health has been deteriorating.

Although a team of doctors asked Dr KC to be admitted to the hospital, Dr Kc has refused the proposal. Dr KC has also asked the doctors attending to him not to give him any medicines.
