Besides having a link to his blog that will serve as a platform for interactions, the website will have sections dealing with Dr Bhattarai’s personal life, his government life as the Finance Minister, his apolitical life as an intellectual, his political life as a CPN (Maoist) leader and his literary life as a book and newspaper article writer.

Interestingly, the website will be in both Nepali and English languages, said Pandey, so that Dr Bhattarai can reach out to both national and international audience.
“The aim is social interaction,” Dr Bhattarai told myrepublica.com. “The invention of the internet has been a very strong tool to interact with the people and disseminate information nationally and internationally.”
The engineer-turned-politician has already started posting his speeches, newspaper articles and photos on Facebook.
