KATHMANDU, Dec 26: The third edition of the Dhangadhi Premier League (DPL) has been postponed for a week as the Nepal national cricket team is set to play three ODI and T20 matches each against the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at the same time. Earlier, the tournament was set to be held from February 2 to 16.
Nepal will play the six matches altogether from the last week of January to the first week of February. Nepal will be playing its second match of the international level after it had achieved the ODI status. Now the DPL will be played from February 9 to 23, while the deadline for the online form for players’ registration will be extended to January 1, extending for about a week.

Likewise, the auction will be held on January 3. Earlier, the date for the auction was December 27.
