District Judge Acharya transferred to Mugu

KATHMANDU, Feb 13: Judge at Kathmandu District Court Yagya Prasad Acharya has been transferred to Mugu District Court.

KATHMANDU, Feb 13: Judge at Kathmandu District Court Yagya Prasad Acharya has been transferred to Mugu District Court.


Judge Acharya, who ordered to release business person Arun Kumar Chaudhary and two others on a general date in connection to their involvement in the embezzlement of 10 ropani of land of Bansbari Leather and Shoe Factory, was transferred to Mugu District Court, the Supreme Court Administration said.

On February 4, Judge Acharya had ordered the Central Bureau of Nepal Police to complete the remaining tasks of the investigations within two days stating that there was no need to keep them in the police custody for the investigation purpose.
