Earlier, Chief whip of the Nepali Congress (NC), Laxman Prasad Ghimire, at the beginning of the House session, demanded ruling from Speaker Subas Chandra Nembang in absence of the ministers saying that who will answer the questions raised in the House meeting.
After this, Speaker Nembang drew attention of the government saying that absence of ministers in the House meeting was disappointing and deferred the House meeting for half an hour.
