TANAHUN, March 12: An Indian national, who went disappeared in Devghat-based Narayani River while swimming on Friday, has been confirmed dead.

According to the information provided by the Tanahun District Police Office, the deceased is Krishna Chauhan, 22, of Thana, India. He had come Nepal to work for Bridge under construction over the river.
Locals have informed the police after seeing a dead body floating on the river. Preparation is on to hand over the dead body to his relatives, said police.
