KATHMANDU, Aug 19: Dirgha Rawal has been appointed deputy governor of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).
The Cabinet meeting held on Wednesday decided to appoint Rawal to the position. He was serving as the head of the Supervision Department at the central bank.

Rawal has worked at Nepal Rastra Bank for 20 years.
