Fishtail Residency of Annapurna Developers - the second housing company in the lake city - has announced an attractive offer through which customers booking individual homes built by the company can get a Hyundai Santro car costing in range of Rs 1.6 million to Rs 1.7 million. [break]
If customers already own a car, the company has said it will provide them a fully furnished home.
Under full furnishing, the company will provide furniture, utensils, mattress, TV and oven, among others. “Customers can move in by just bringing their clothes,” said Bhupendra Shrestha, marketing director of the company.
The offer is valid till Sunday. Given the slowdown in realty transactions in the city, Shrestha hoped that the offer would help the company sell three homes before Tihar.
The individual homes at Fishtail residency cover 4 anas of land and have bedrooms.
Fishtail Residency will have a total of 63 individual homes upon completion. The company already handed over 40 homes, while 23 units are under construction.
