DAO in Kaski bans brokers from entering its premises

POKHARA, Sept 16: The District Administration Office (DAO) Kaski has issued a ban on the entry of brokers and legal consultants from Friday. 



Assistant Chief District Officer, Guru Datta Dhakal said such middlemen and legal consultants found to be entering the office with documents of the service recipients will be subjected to legal action. 



Dhakal shared that the office has also arranged for cost-free assistance lounge. He added that the clients will not have to write an application when being recommended by the local level and other bodies. 



The DAO stated that it was bringing forth such provisions in view of the high fares charged by middlemen and legal consultants on service recipients when writing applications. The ban will soon be expanded to the Land Reform and Transport Management offices of the district in the coming days. RSS
