The office said the action was taken for misconduct and negligence during duty-hour.[break]
The police personnel facing action are two constables and two police men who were terminated from service while promotion of one has been halted, informed Superintendent of Police Thakur Prasad Gywali.
Similarly, 41 personnel faced minor action for not attending duty in the duty hours and violating the code of conduct, he informed.
The action was taken on the basis of evaluation of their duty and performance.
Meanwhile, 50 security persons have been rewarded for their good performance. They received Rs. 700 each, said the office.
