During the meeting that took place at Dahal´s residence at Nayabazaar, matters relating to the peace and constitution drafting process and other contemporary political issues were discussed.
Talking to media following the meeting, CA Chairman Nembang said the meeting was focused on accelerating the peace process and constitution drafting process on the basis of political consensus.
According to Nembang, he urged Maoist Chairman Dahal to initiate talks and discussions among the parties at the earliest so as to give a momentum to the peace and constitution drafting process.
In response, Dahal pledged to keep the peace and constitution drafting process unaffected by the intra-party conflict within his party and hold meeting with the top leaders of parties immediately.
