Dahal's in his political document presented before the party central committee meeting begun today has concluded that Bhattarai has quit the party with a motive.This is the first CC meeting after Bhattarai quit the party.
However, the document has also barred the party cadres not to make the personal accusations and comments.
"Bhattarai's decision to quit the party is not taken on a fit of anger but a well-planned move," the document reads.
