Chairman Regmi, Dahal hold talks
Chairman of Interim Election Council Khil Raj Regmi and UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ´Prachanda´ discussed contemporary political issues including the upcoming CA elections.
At the meeting held at the Prime Minister´s Baluwatar residence this evening, Chairman Dahal drew the attention of the Government towards the delay in the announcement of the date for the elections, according to Dahal´s personal secretary Chudamani Khadka.
On the occasion, Chairman Regmi said that the date would be announced in a day or two, as the law relating to the elections were under formulation.
During the meeting, Chairman Dahal also shared with Chairman Regmi about his visit to India that begins tomorrow, added Khadka.
