Creators Champion event at Uniglobe College

KATHMANDU, Dec 22: Nepal Republic Media organized the 'Creators Champion' program at Uniglobe College in Kathmandu on Thursday.

The program, aimed at developing the youth's thinking about nation-building, saw a significant turnout of students and teachers. Launched with the slogan ‘I am a citizen, I will build Nepal,’ the campaign encourages youth to contribute ideas for building the nation.

Samriddhi Gyawali, Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Republic Media, shared her experience of studying abroad since class three but returning to contribute something new to the country. She stressed on the importance of young people taking initiative and doing something meaningful for the nation.

Gyawali stated, “If you identify the goals and objectives of your life at the right time and move forward, there will certainly be no problem in achieving the goals.” She mentioned that the campaign aims to build the country through media and strives for good governance and sustainable development.

Former banker Anil Keshari Shah, speaking at the Creators Champion event, highlighted the increasing number of individuals from Nepal making history worldwide. He encouraged the youth to utilize this opportunity and move forward positively.

Nar Bahadur Bista, principal of Uniglobe College, commended Nepal Republic Media's innovative thinking and campaign, suggesting students do something memorable for the country. He expressed confidence in the students' potential, citing their previous achievements in various national and international competitions.

Professor Radheshyam Pradhan said that success can be achieved by moving forward with new thinking and vision.

Nepal Republic Media has already conducted the Creators Champion Program at Ace Institute of Management and Thames College in Biratnagar, Butwal, and Kathmandu, with a significant participation of students.

The media has arranged a cash prize of up to Rs 300,000 for the best video based on innovative ideas for building Nepal. Youth and students aged between 16 and 26 can participate in the competition.
