CPN (Unified Socialist) Central Committee meeting on June 24

KATHMANDU, June 22: CPN (Unified Socialist) has called a meeting of the central committee. A meeting of the party's Standing Committee held on Monday had called a meeting of the central committee on June 24.

The Unified Socialist has convened a meeting of the Politburo on June 23 to prepare for the central committee meeting. The party has called for a federal council meeting on June 28. This is the first time the party has convened a federal council meeting since the split.

The Central Committee meeting held on Monday passed the proposal of Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal. The meeting endorsed an 11-point special proposal.
