KATHMANDU, March 26: CPN (Unified Socialist) leader and former Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal has claimed that the CPN-UML was finished after its unification with the Maoists.
Speaking at a program organized in Kathmandu on Saturday, Khanal said that the CPN-UML has become history now and accused the party led by KP Oli of being a faction of right-wing opportunists.

On the occasion, Khanal urged CPN-UML lawmakers, members, and leaders to join the CPN (Unified Socialist). He also claimed that the UML will not bring a two-thirds majority in the upcoming election but just two or three seats.
