CPN-UML to host festive tea party today

KATHMANDU, Nov 1: The CPN-UML is gearing up for a festive tea party, a celebration that embraces Bada Dashain, Tihar, Nepal Sambat, and Chhath festivals today. The event, organized on behalf of Chairman KP Sharma Oli, will take place at the party's central office in Chasal, Lalitpur, commencing at 12:15 PM.

The gathering will welcome several distinguished guests, including the Prime Minister, ministers, parliamentarians, leaders of political parties, heads of constitutional bodies, ambassadors, security agency leaders, and government officials. Additionally, the general public is cordially invited to participate in this joyous occasion.

The originally planned tea party scheduled for yesterday had been rescheduled to today due to the visit of United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres to Nepal.
