CPN UML organizes a mass meeting in Bhairawa

KATHMANDU, March 12: CPN –UML has organized a mass meeting at Anchalpur of Bhairawa as part of its Mechi-Mahakali National Campaign that was resumed after three day postponement following the Saptari incident that claimed the lives of five persons.

Thousands of party cadres gathered at Anchalpur from Bhairahawa, Butwal and the surrounding areas to listen to their leaders.Top leaders of the party including party chairman KP Oli and vice-chairman Bamdev Gautam addressed the meeting.

Speaking at the mass meeting, former prime minister and CPN UML chairman KP  accused the government of being indifferent to the needs of the people and being busy ingratiating itself with foreign power.

Addressing the mass meeting, UML vice-chairman Bamdev Gautam said that the government would not succeed in dividing the Nepali people though the government has been trying to propel the country towards division.

The meeting was chaired by UML lawmaker Adhitya Narayan Kasaudhan.
