Speaking at a press conference organized to make public the decisions of a Madhes bureau meeting here in the district, Gajurel said the Baidya-led party would be eliminated from the Nepali political horizon if the party was not unified with his party at the earliest.[break]
On the occasion, Gajurel accused Baidya of splitting the party going against the interest of the party and the general people. He also ruled out any dispute within the bureau. He said that the bureau meeting has decided to assign an important responsibility to Ram Chndra Jha, who had recently defected from the CPN-UML.
He, however, said the final decision on allocations of party responsibilities for party leaders including Jha has yet to be fixed.
