KATHMANDU, July 28: The meeting of the Central Office of the CPN (Maoist Center) on Thursday has set the criteria for the Ministers to be represented from the party.


The criteria were made on the basis of proportional and inclusive representation, said party spokesperson Pampha Bhusal.


The party is initiating to form a government after Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli resigned from the post on Sunday.

Bhusal added that the list for the Ministers would be finalized on the basis of the criteria. The meeting also discussed the latest political development and the issues related to developing coalition with other parties including the Nepali Congress.


The party would make additional decision after reaching agreement with the NC regarding the coalition and the priority of the new government, it is learnt.


Similarly, the party has formed a two-member taskforce to finalize the priority and performance of the new government.


The taskforce comprises Krishna Bahadur Mahara and Barshaman Pun. Likewise, Bimalendra Nidhi and Ramesh Lekhak are the taskforce members from the NC side. RSS
