DOTI, Nov 23: Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Bir Bahadur Balayar has said that the comprehensive peace accord (CPA) failed to get completed due to CPN (Maoist Center) even a decade after its agreement.
Minister Balayar, who is also a leader of the Nepali Congress, speaking in an election program organized in Bogtan Rural Municipality-6 Thursday, Minister Balayar said that the people were still under the threat as bombs were exploding across the country.
He added that the NC was working out as per the spirit of the CPA but the Maoist Center failed to live up to it.
