The Court on Thursday directed CDO Chudamani Sharma to be present before the Court on Sunday along with reasons for not renewing the registration of the organization.
The Society had lodged a file at the court on Wednesday stating that future of homosexuals and third gender was at odds after the Kathmandu District Administration Office denied renewing the registration of the Society.
