Nembang said there must be consensus between the parties or else there will be a constitutional vacuum in the country. "This is a caretaker government. This cannot take a unilateral decision to hold election or introduce ordinances," he said.
Nembang also argued that since all ordinances must be approved by parliament within a month, the president is not in the position to endorse ordinances.
Nembang also urged the parties to invite confrontation. "There is no alternative to forging consensus," he said. "Fresh CA election is also not possible without amendment to the interim constitution and this requires consensus between the parties.”
