"I have also heard that he is still hoisting national flags at his residence. Legal alternatives are being sought to resolve the problem." The apex court´s order to Vice President Jha to take fresh oath in Nepali within a week expired on Sunday.

Prime Minister Nepal said that he was seeking ways to find a solution on the basis of consensus. "I have suggested legal experts to come up with solution that is agreeable to all parties. I have also continuously engaged myself in legal consultations," he said. Prime minister also claimed that the issue of vice president does not pose a threat to the CPN-UML led coalition. He said that the oath row had become complicated as the Maoists´ did not let the House run smoothly.
