The duration for the completion of the flyover is expected to be 14 months. The flyover is being built to solve the chronic traffic jam problem seen in the Gwarko area. "Currently, the goods management work is going on, probably the construction will start after 10 days," said Bajracharya, who is a Senior Divisional Engineer at the DoR.

After the flyover comes into operation, the vehicles operating from Mangal Bazar-Imadol-Mangal Bazar will pass under the bridge, while the vehicles plying on the ring road will pass through the flyover.
