According to Ganesh Dhungana, general manager of the tower, though this international standard integrated tower will start operations from mid-April, it will be formally launched in mid-July. [break]
"The 10.5-storey tower will have a viewing tower and a restaurant at the top from where one can view world heritage sites like Boudhanath, Pashupatinath, Kapan Gumba, Gokarna Golf Course, among others," said Dhungana.
The facilities at the tower include ATM lounge and kiosks in front of the building to attract passers-by, large departmental store, video parlor, coffee bar, food court, gaming zone, 660-seat high-standard multiplexes and 6D or 8D theater, separate meeting hall and conference hall, viewing tower at top of the building with standard restaurant.
"As the tower is easily accessible from any part of the city and has advanced facilities of international standards, customers will love to shop at the tower," said Dhungana.
He added the tower will provide ambience for a luxurious leisure to every tourist and visitor. Multi-sensory theater will provide a new thrilling experience, the food court will serve a world-class taste with family environment, gaming zone for children and other entertainment hubs will provide entertainment for all-age group people, he said.
The ground floor of the tower will have a departmental store and showrooms of renowned international brands in perfume and cosmetics. On the first floor, there will be stores for mobiles, electronics and exclusive branded items. Likewise, the second floor will have a bank and stores for camera, computer, laptop, sportswear and shoes while the third floor will showcase readymade garments and fashion wears for women and kids.
Fourth floor of the tower will have a gaming zone for children as well as adults and a beauty parlor, among others. The fifth floor will have a food court and multi-sensory 6D or 8D theater. Sixth to eighth floors will have multiplex theatre, corporate offices at the mezzanine floor.
Seventh floor will have meeting hall and building management office and the top-most floor will have a roof-top and revolving restaurant with special viewing tower.
