GAUSHALA, Dec 11: An elderly person died due to cold at Matihani VDC in Mahottari district this afternoon.

The deceased has been identified as Nathuni Paswan, 70, of Matihani VDC-4.Paswan died at his home due to chilling cold following the cold wave for the past four days in the District, said Paswan's son, Sitaram.
