At the festival, Coca-Cola is serving a wide range of its beverages through 100 food stalls set up at the venue, Bottler´s Nepal Ltd, the franchise bottler of Coca-Cola Company for Nepal, said in a statement on Thursday. [break]
“Through this festival, Coca-Cola will reach out to more than a 100,000 visitors and amplify its message of spreading happiness during meal times,” says the statement.
The food festival, which will continue till February 16, has been successfully promoting domestic and international tourism by celebrating traditional Nepali craft, music, dance and food, it said.
“Coca-Cola´s partnership in this regard is a continuation of a long tradition of partnering with food extravaganzas across Nepal. The festival promotes togetherness and is also a platform for cultural exchange and social cohesiveness,” the statement quotes Salman Latif Rawn, country manager of Bottler´s Nepal Ltd, Coca-Cola SABCO, as saying.
