Coca-Cola Nepal gives opportunity to watch live FIFA World Cup match to Nepali Migrant Workers in Qatar

Kathmandu, Dec 9: Coca-Cola Nepal has provided an opportunity to watch a FIFA World Cup 2022 match live to seven Nepali migrant workers residing in Qatar who have been an integral part of the construction of the stadiums for the tournaments.

Kathmandu, Dec 9: Coca-Cola Nepal has provided an opportunity to watch a FIFA World Cup 2022 match live to seven Nepali migrant workers residing in Qatar who have been an integral part of the construction of the stadiums for the tournaments.


According to a statement issued by the company, Coca-Cola Nepal took the initiative to recognize the efforts of migrant workers and spread some joy during the most popular football competition in the world.

“Coca-Cola has been the official sponsor for the FIFA World Cup for many years and this year we wanted to do something more to spread some joy by reaching out to Nepalis who were a key part in building the stadiums in Qatar. Their hard work and sacrifices are really inspiring and we wanted to express our acknowledgement toward them. We hope they have had a fun and refreshing experience watching the live match” the statement quoted Mr Adarsh Avasthi, Country Director of Coca-Cola Nepal as saying.
