KATHMANDU, June 25: The Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) has got Rajesh Kumar Agrawal as its new president.
The 20th Annual General Meeting of the CNI of the private sector declared Agrawal in the topmost position of the umbrella organization. Agrawal, who had been assuming the position of senior-vice president of the CNI, has automatically been upgraded to the post of the president as per the statute of the CNI.
Agrawal has been in Nepal’s manufacturing businesses since 1992. The executive director of RMC Group owns a number of products related to cement, steel and foods, reads a press release issued by the CNI.
