KATHMANDU, April 5: Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) has said that its attention has been drawn at the recent bomb blast at the construction site of Kalika Construction in Sindhuli district on Tuesday. "While the industrial sector was satisfied with the new policy adopted by the government, a bomb went off at the site of a construction company. The incident has raised question on industrial security," CNI said in a statement. CNI also stated that formation of a stable government had made CNI hopeful that the government would focus on economic growth and make Nepal-investment friendly in order to attract Foreign Direct Investment. “CNI represents the private sector and we are trying our best to support the government in its actions. However, Tuesday's incident can be considered as an attack on industrial sector of Nepal," the confederation said in the statement.
