BANKE, Sept 10: Five individuals have died and two others were injured in a clash at the juvenile home in Naubasta of Baijanath Rural Municipality-1, Banke.
According to security sources, the deceased include Bhupendra Khatri from Dailekh, Samir Thapa from Banke, Umesh Bista from Achham, Jagat Deuba from Kailali, and Dinesh Ghartimagar from Dang.

A doctor at Bheri Hospital said the victims had already died before reaching the hospital. The clash broke out among inmates at the juvenile home late last night, and police attempted to control the situation. The injured were taken to Bheri Hospital in Nepalgunj for treatment.
Following the incident, security has been tightened at both the juvenile home and Bheri Hospital premises.
