KATHMANDU, Nov 21: CK Raut of Janamat Party has taken an early lead by more than double votes over Janata Samajwadi Party’s Upendra Yadav in Saptari Constituency-2.

Raut has secured 4,620 votes against 1,936 votes of Yadav. Jayaprakash Thakur of Loktantrik Samajwadi Party, who is in the third position, has garnered 991 votes.
