CJ to administer oath to new governor today

REPUBLICA, Jan 16: Newly appointed Governor Dipendra Bahadur Kshetry is taking oath of office and secrecy from Chief Justice Kedar Prasad Giri at the Supreme Court at 1 pm Friday, according to the court’s co-spokesperson Hemanta Rawal.



A cabinet meeting appointed Kshetry as the governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, the central bank, on Thursday.
