Civil Bank concludes CSR activities

KATHMANDU, Jan 2: Civil Bank Ltd has announced the conclusion of its month-long corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities organized to celebrate eight years of establishment. According to a statement issued on Tuesday, the bank said it conducted CSR activities in places like Birgunj, Biratnagar, Pokhara, Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj, Narayangadh, Hetauda, Manigram, Banepa, Itahari, Dhading, Phidim, Sindhuli, Salyan, Rukum, Okhaldhunga, Ghorahi and Lekhnath, among others. "The activities included blood donation program as well as distribution of scholarships worth of Rs 5,000 to students," the bank said in the statement, adding it planted more than 300 saplings on Pashupatinath Temple premises.
