KATHMANDU, Jan 8: Civil Bank Ltd has opened a branch at Biratchowk of Morang district. Issuing a press statement on Sunday, the bank said that the Biratchowk branch is the relocation of Itahari-I branch, which had to be relocated due to duplication of branches in Itahari area as a result of merger. With this, the bank now has presence in both Itahari and Biratchowk. The bank's board member Prof Ramesh Dahal inaugurated the branch amidst a function organized on Sunday. Chief executive officer of the bank Govinda Gurung, entrepreneurs & locals were present at the inaugural function. The bank has said that along with the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility, it is committed to continuous improvement in service delivery and network expansion to provide the best possible services and products to its customers. The bank is committed to serve the best interests of its stakeholders, according to CEO Gurung.
