The CIB has recommended prosecuting the accused for organized crime, gold theft, and violations of the Nepal Rastra Bank Act.

Organized crime cases have a 60-day investigation deadline. As the 60-day deadline will end on September 17, the case must be presented to the court by that date. Therefore, the report has been submitted today so that the district attorney will have three days to review the case file.
