According to CDO Mishra, the documents will be sent to the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) for investigation as they are found to be flawed during the preliminary study.
Taking advantage of the fact that the head of the Customs Office, Gaur, was on vacation, non-gazetted first class official Rokka breached the rules and procedures and stopped those who wanted to participate in the auction and sold fertilizers worth more than two million rupees for one million two thousand rupees on the basis of economic manipulation.
Non-gazetted first class official Rokka of Customs Office, Gaur, said that he conducted the auction of the fertilizers completely according to the rules and procedures.
