ITAHARI, May 23: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has caught Khagendra Prasad Subedi, chief of District Education Coordination Committee (DECC).
Subedi was caught red-handed while he was receiving Rs 50,000 in bribe, informed Narendra Bhattarai, spokesperson of CIAA regional office, Sunsari.

According to Bhattarai, Subedi had demanded Rs Rs 50, 000 in bribe for awarding a project to construct wall compound and toilet of primary school based at Bhantabari of Koshi Rural Municipality.
Subedi has been taken under control for investigation.
