KATHMANDU, Dec 29: The CIAA on Thursday filed a charge sheet against Ganga Prasad Sah, a surveyor at Survey Office, Bhairawha, on charge of bribery.
In its charge sheet filed at the Special Court, the anti-graft body has accused Sah of receiving bribe from service seekers for settling land cases. A team deployed from CIAA had apprehended Sah with Rs15,000 bribe.
The CIAA has sought maximum punishment as per the Corruption Prevention Act-2002 for his involvement in bribery.
