Leopard enters house in Lubhu, rescued alive

KATHMANDU, Sept 24: A leopard has been rescued alive from a Lubhu-based house in Lalitpur on early Saturday.

KATHMANDU,Sept 24: A leopard has been rescued alive from a house at Lubhu in Lalitpur on early Saturday.


"A joint squad from Nepal Police and Distric Forest Office, Lalitpur rescued the wild cat from the Lubhu-based house of Bimal Prasad Paudel at 3:30 am today," DSP Ishwar Karki told Repulblica Online.

According to Karki, the leopard had sneaked into Paudel's house yesterday eveving.


The leopard has been handed over to Jawalakhel zoo after rescue.
