KATHMANDU, Jan 8: The Chandragiri Hills Limited is issuing its initial public offerings (IPO) to the general public from Friday.
According to a press statement issued on Thursday, the company is issuing a total of 1,534,091 units of shares worth Rs 100 each to the general public.
Of the total shares, the company has allocated 76,705 (5%) for the mutual fund, 61,364 (4%) units for staff of the company and the remaining 1,396,022 units for the general public.
Likewise, the company is also issuing 306,819 units of shares for the project affected people in Kathmandu and Makwanpur districts.
