KATHMANDU, April 10: The weather in the plain areas is generally clear, with partial change in the hilly areas of the country.
The Meteorological Forecasting Division of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has informed Republica that the weather will be clear in the rest of the hilly areas today.
