To begin with, EOL has launched six different models of chest freezers, two models of washing machines, five different models of LCD and LED TVs and eight different models of CRT TVs.
Ramesh Shrestha, general manager of CG, said TCL chest freezers are available in the range of Rs 22,000 to Rs 47,000, washing machines cost in the price range of Rs 15,500 to Rs 18,000, LCD and LED TV are available in range of Rs 26,500 to Rs 48,000 and CRT TVs are priced between Rs 8,900 and Rs 15,000.
“TCL is the No. 1 TV brand in China and the fifth largest HDTV company in the world. As we have introduced a very popular brand, we are hopeful that our customers will like it,” said Shrestha. He further added that global sales of TCL televisions exceeded an average of 4 million sets per month this year.
EOL has made excellent arrangement for after sales service. According to the company officials, customers get the response from the technicians within two hours of filing complaint.
“We are soon launching the website of our customer care maintenance service (CCMS) through which we can keep the record of the complaints filed and track the status of the maintenance,” said Shrestha.
According to Shrestha, TCL will launch a festive scheme for customers very soon.
