Cash circulation down by Rs 15 billion in 1 month

KATHMANDU, June 26: Cash circulation has decreased by 15 billion rupees in one month.


According to Nepal Rastra Bank, the cash circulation which was 623.89 billion rupees in Baisakh (mid-April to mid-May) fell to 608. 51 billion rupees in Jestha (mid-May to mid-June.)

The cash circulation which was 611.78 billion rupees in Chaitra (mid-March to mid-April) had increased in Baisakh.


However, after Baisakh, it decreased again. Last year in Jestha, there was 612.27 billion rupees in cash circulation, but it has decreased by Jestha 2080 BS.
