KATHMANDU, Nov 7: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has directed Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), Kulmansing Ghising, to prepare a concrete draft so as to declare the Kathmandu Valley a load-shedding free zone.
“ I am happy that my dream to make the Kathmandu Valley a load-shedding free zone is coming true,” said Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, after a meeting with Ghising who had gone to Baluwatar to meet the PM.
Dahal said that he has already directed NEA Executive Director Ghising to expedite the work to this effect and ask the government for help in case of any hassles. The government is always ready to cooperate with the NEA, the PM said.
