Aalam , 28, of Rajpur Farhadawa VDC-7, was infuriated after his father Tawarak erected a Nepali Congress´s flag in his home. According to Inspector Shobhan Bikram Rana, Aalam had been arrested thrice on the charge of attacking his neighbors under the influence of alcohol in the past.
