The exhibition has 52 stalls demonstrating various computers, accessories and mobiles among others. [break]
Different stalls have displayed tablet PC, touch screen monitor PC, 3d monitor, LED monitor, keyboard, different brands of laptops, mobile phones, digital cameras, pen drives and hard drives.
"As dealers from Kathmandu, Biratnagar, Itahari and Dharan have participated at the expo, consumers can get different products at reasonable price," said Dev Subba, president of Computer Association of Sunsasari and coordinator of the expo.
Subba added that companies were selling products at discounted price which would ultimately benefit consumers.
"Students visiting the expo can learn about the history of computer and can see very old computer that weigh 50 kgs and hard disk that are 1.5 feet in diameter," said Suman Shrestha, coordinator of Stall Management Sub- Committee.
He added the expo would not only help visitors learn about the latest development, but will also help to learn about the equipments that were used in the past.
The organizers expected 100,000 visitors to attend the expo with more than Rs 20 million in product sales.
The program organized by Computer Association of Sunsari was inaugurated by Minister for Science and Technology, Kalpana Dhamala.
