KATHMANDU, Jan 4: Constitutional Committee of the Constituent Assembly has appealed to people, political parties, civil society and various organizations to provide their suggestions on the content of new constitution. Sunday’s meeting of the committee, which is responsible for preparing draft of the country’s new constitution, decided to call for suggestions to make the new constitution perfect and address concerns of all sections of the society in the new constitution. The committee has started working on the preamble of the constitution, provision related to amendment, emergency power, transitional arrangement, among others.
